EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2025:
On October 1, 2025, the USS rental office will officially close and the USS website, along with USS payment methods, will be deactivated. Former communication methods, such as text, will also be deactivated. All correspondence will be delivered to the mailing address on file with a courtesy copy sent to the email address on file.
The SARASOTA MANATEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY will now manage the facility and will work with you just as the USS Rental Office has done over the years.

Your VEHICLE STORAGE LEASE AGREEMENT with University Self Storage will continue on a month-to-month basis, with the same terms and conditions through December 31, 2025.
At that time, the Authority will require a NEW LEASE be signed effective January 1, 2026, legally binding the tenant and the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority.
Monthly invoices will be sent directly by mail to the address on file from the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority Finance Department, which will REQUIRE YOU TO ESTABLISH A NEW PAYMENT METHOD.
